What You Should Know
Before You Decide.
Answers to the questions HNW families ask most often — before they ever schedule a call.
-
Yes. We are a fee-only, fiduciary Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We are legally obligated to act in your best interest at all times — we never earn commissions or hidden fees on products we recommend.
-
We typically work with clients who have $1,000,000 or more in investable assets — primarily high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and executives in Austin and East Texas.

Yes. Tax planning is a core part of what we do — tax-efficient investing, Roth conversions, and capital gains planning. We work closely alongside your existing CPA; we don’t prepare tax returns or replace your accountant. Think of us as the strategic layer that makes sure your investments and financial plan are as tax-efficient as possible.
-
Two things. First, we’re a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor and a fiduciary — we’re compensated directly by our clients, never through commissions or product sales, and we’re legally obligated to act in our clients’ best interests. Second, we use our proprietary Adaptive Investment Strategy, a process that combines data-driven quantitative signals with the judgment of our CFP® professionals. The signals help us identify the prevailing market regime; our advisors make the allocation decisions. It’s not about predicting the market — it’s about responding to it with discipline rather than emotion. Additional detail on our services, fees, and conflicts of interest is available in our Form ADV Part 2A.

Yes. We have offices in both Austin and Longview, Texas, and serve high-net-worth families, business owners, and executives across Central Texas and East Texas. We also work with clients nationwide — modern wealth management doesn’t require you to be in the same room. Current addresses and contact information are available on our Contact page.
